Job Summary

You won't be hands-off once the order is placed. You'll be the person a client trusts completely — the one who knows their brand, knows their timeline, and knows exactly who to call inside our building to make it happen. You'll partner with a sales team that brings in the business, then own everything that comes next.

At Vomela, our Client Project Managers are part account manager, part production expert, part client advocate, and part chaos coordinator. The best ones love all four.

What You'll Do...

You are the client's main point of contact from order to delivery. That means:

  • Taking a project from brief or specification through estimating, proofing, production, and final delivery — and keeping the client informed and confident at every step.
  • Building real relationships with a book of accounts. Your clients will ask for you by name, not just call a general line.
  • Partnering daily with your Account Executive. You are the operational backbone of a team built to grow revenue together.
  • Managing job documentation — work orders, estimates, purchase orders, instruction sheets — with accuracy and ownership.
  • Coordinating across internal departments and outside vendors without dropping a detail or losing your composure.
  • Catching problems before clients do. You QC the work, you flag the issue, you solve it.
  • Running multiple projects simultaneously across different clients, timelines, and complexity levels without losing momentum on any of them.

You Might Be the Right Person If...

  • You have come from print, large format, visual communications, marketing services, or a production-heavy environment where you touched both the client and the work.
  • You are a natural organizer who gets genuine satisfaction from a clean queue, a delivered job, and a client who says "I knew I could count on you."
  • You are not looking to carry a quota alone, but you take serious pride in the success of your accounts and the team around you.
  • You communicate clearly in writing and out loud, especially when something goes sideways.
  • You are comfortable with production software, CRM tools, and building your own tracking systems when the standard one falls short.

What You'll Bring...

  • 3+ years in print, visual communications, marketing services, OR a production-driven client-facing role. We care about what you've done, not just where you've been.
  • The ability to read, build, and own an estimate. Numbers are part of this job and comfort with them matters.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and production workflows without constant supervision.
  • A degree in a related field OR equivalent professional experience. Your track record speaks louder than your transcript.
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off
  • Short Term & Long-Term Disability
  • Training & Development
  • Wellness Resources
