Delivery Associate

Podium Logistics an Amazon Delivery Service is looking for both new and experienced Delivery Associates for a new route and have multiple shift slots available. Looking for positive team players that are able to demonstrate and adhere to safety standards on/off the road, be reliable, have a great work ethic and act with professionalism, integrity toward all those you will be interacting with.

Immediate openings, looking to fill multiple positions. Experience Not Required. Training provided.

General Responsibilities

• Deliver amazon packages to residential and businesses (7 days a week / 361 days a year)
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Ensure Cargo vans are clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Use state of the art handheld technology to deliver customer packages and solve problems as they arise.
• Interact courteously, positively and in a professional manner with customers and the general public.
• Drive a delivery van, consistently climb in and out of vans, be able to walk up and downstairs and able to work in various weather conditions.

Work Environment

• Flexibility is key, routes vary, and delays may occur due to traffic on road congestion, construction, or other factors,
• Set main schedule, however, there may be modifications, such as additional hours and potential shift changes depending on the time of the year, peak season factors and other influences.
• Full-time and Part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification and Job Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older (no exceptions)
• Have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Have a high-school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 60 pounds
• A customer service orientated mind set is a must.
