We are looking for a Hybrid Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to join our team! We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care to all our patients while making them feel right at home. Our team helps patients feel confident in their smiles while creating lasting, meaningful relationships along the way.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Compensation: $20-$22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30am - 4pm; Occasional Fridays 8am-2pm

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Responsibilities

  • Prepare operatories for treatment

  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols

  • Take dental x-rays and intraoral photos

  • Perform dental charting and coding

  • Provide patient education and post-operative instructions

  • Take impressions, pour models, and fabricate temporary crowns

  • Stock supplies and maintain equipment

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently

  • Verify insurance benefits and coverage

  • Validate treatment plans based on insurance benefits

  • Ensure secure handling of patient records and information

Qualifications

  • Previous dental assisting experience required (1+ year)

  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

  • Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
