HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of an installation crew, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
• Ability to install various makes and models of air conditioning systems
• Skilled soldering of copper lines
• Blueprint interpretation skills

HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer Requirements:

• 3-5+ Years of Experience in HVAC installation
• EPA Certification
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in the Southwest Florida climate conditions
• Valid driver's license and background check required
