The Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector who can perform detailed inspections, support quality processes, and work closely with Production and Engineering to ensure parts meet specification.



This role is ideal for someone who isΒ fully competent in inspection, can run CMM programs, and is ready to grow into a senior-level position.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring tools and CMMs (running established programs)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards
  • Document inspection results and non-conformances accurately
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Work with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues
  • Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements



Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (machine shop preferred)
  • Experience operating CMMs (running programs)
  • Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T
  • Familiarity with CNC machining processes
  • ASQ certification or equivalent is a plus
