Manage and resolve billing inquiries, vendor payments issues, and customer account discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payment plans, and correspondence. Generate customer statements, monitor aging reports, and support collection efforts. Assist in month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliation. Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and workflow efficiency. Train and support junior team members and collaborate across departments. Perform other duties as assigned.
