We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Marketing Logistics to join our team onsite in Englewood, Colorado.In this role, you will not just manage from the sidelines—you will lead from the front, driving inventory strategy, logistics execution, and event readiness while working directly alongside your team to ensure flawless execution.
How You'll Create Impact
- Directly supervise the Marketing Logistics team, including assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance, while actively participating in daily operational tasks alongside the teamÂ
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members through both formal guidance and hands-on support in day-to-day workÂ
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and termination decisionsÂ
- Manage team scheduling, attendance, and coverage to ensure operational continuity, stepping in as needed to maintain workflow and meet deadlinesÂ
- Oversee and actively support end-to-end marketing inventory operations, including planning, allocation, fulfillment, and utilizationÂ
- Establish and manage inventory strategies to support events, sales teams, and business priorities, while contributing directly to executionÂ
- Make decisions on inventory distribution, prioritization, and resource allocation, and assist in implementing those decisions operationallyÂ
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, including piloting and executing changes within the workflowÂ
- Analyze inventory trends and operational data to provide recommendations to leadership, incorporating insights gained from direct involvement in processesÂ
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Medical Education teams, while also supporting coordination and execution of shared initiativesÂ
- Serve as an escalation point for complex operational and logistics issues, and take a hands-on role in resolving themÂ
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and company policies through both oversight and personal adherence to proceduresÂ
- Oversee shipping, auditing, and inventory processes, while actively participating in these functions as neededÂ
- Maintain accuracy of systems such as SAP, Smartsheet, and other tracking tools through direct usage and oversightÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned, including individual contributor responsibilities that support team and operational successÂ
Your Background
QualificationsÂ
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory managementÂ
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience requiredÂ
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to exercise independent judgment on business operationsÂ
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholdersÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systemsÂ
- Strong Customer Service skillsÂ
Work EnvironmentÂ
- The role operates primarily within a warehouse, medical/cadaver laboratory, and tradeshow environments.Â
Physical DemandsÂ
- The role requires regular movement within the facility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Â

- Full-time, salaried (exempt) position. May require evenings and weekends based on business needs.Â
Travel Expectations

Compensation Data
Salary:Â $60,000-$80,000 USD annually depending on skills and experience
