How you’ll contribute  

A Therapist who excels in this role: 

  • Assessing patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations. 
  • Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. 
  • Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges. 
  • Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance. 
  • Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW license and possess a Master’s degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include: 

  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. 
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.  
  • One year of experience preferred 
  • ASLS certification preferred
