Groove Subaru is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Service Porter to join our service team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake.
- Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles in the dealership lot and service area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, shuttling customers when needed, and other support tasks for the service team.
- Perform light facility maintenance, including tidying work areas and emptying trash.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies while handling customer vehicles.
- Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to customers and teammates.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous porter or valet experience is a plus, but not required.
