Caregiver Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on the client’s needs and care plan, but can include:
- Â Providing companionship and emotional supportÂ
- Â Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toiletingÂ
- Â Light housekeeping and laundryÂ
- Â Meal preparationÂ
- Â Transportation to appointments and errandsÂ
- Â Following individualized care plansÂ

Qualifications
- Â Willingness to complete all employment requirements and screeningsÂ
-  Valid driver’s license and auto insuranceÂ
- Â Clean driving recordÂ
- Â Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not requiredÂ
- Â Reliable transportationÂ
- Â Access to email and a smartphoneÂ
- Â Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Â Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion at all timesÂ
