PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides a superior level of customer service to both internal and external client associates for a variety of complex issues and requests on a daily basis. Maintains detailed knowledge of department procedures and compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Verifies sums of coin and currency received from branches, ATMs, customers, and money from tellers; orders and disburses coin/currency as needed to keep the vault in balance. Uses reports generated to keep within goals set for cash on-hand totals. Processes state and federal verification requests. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. 2-3 years' experience as a teller or similar role in a retail banking environment, or equivalent work experience of 3-5 years, required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES General knowledge of basic banking principles. Troubleshoot, attention to detail, problem solve and make timely decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to analyze and resolve issues making sound judgments. Ability to adapt to changing needs of the department. Ability to work with detailed information in an efficient and accurate manner, while meeting established deadlines.
