What You'll Be Doing

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support safe and efficient plant operations.

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, bearings, and related equipment.

  • Install, align, and replace mechanical components while maintaining quality workmanship standards.

  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production goals.

  • Follow safety procedures and collaborate with team members to continuously improve plant reliability.

  • Utilize fabrication and welding skills to repair, modify, and install equipment and structural components.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.

  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, tools, and mechanical systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and technical documents.

  • Commitment to safe work practices with strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Dependable team player with effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
