What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate excavator equipment to support mining, material handling, and site production activities.
Load, move, sort, and stockpile materials while maintaining production targets.
Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Maintain safe work practices and comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean, organized work area.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate excavator equipment in a production environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance, and operational excellence.
Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to adapt to changing operational needs and priorities.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Successful candidate must be able to meet all job-related safety and performance requirements.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Starting pay $26.50 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
