What to Expect (Direct Care & Support):

As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:

  • Provide compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes the wants and needs of your clients while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.

  • Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

  • Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

  • Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).

  • The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thriving in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.

  • Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their level and maintain safety protocols.

  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the Ennis clinic daily.
