What to Expect (Direct Care & Support):
As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:
Provide compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes the wants and needs of your clients while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.
Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
Who You Are:
Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).
The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thriving in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.
Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their level and maintain safety protocols.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the Ennis clinic daily.

Direct Clinical Mentorship: We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated by Michelle Kuhn. Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills alongside collaborative, accessible BCBAs.
