Exterior Maintenance Technician

The Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Maintenance Technician to join our team. The individual will handle all the lawn services across the company. 

You will: 

• Set up and operate equipment in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. 
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner. 
• Maintain strong working knowledge about the operation, safety, and maintenance of equipment. 
• Mowing and edging property 
• Pulling weeds and gardening 
• Feeding and handling livestock 
• Maintain overall facilities and farm equipment 
• Safely operate equipment in the presence of field crew members and utilities, constantly aware of the safety of all persons, equipment, property, and utilities in the area. 
• Manipulate equipment on unlevel working surface. 
• Perform routine maintenance or repairs. 
• Perform other duties as required. 

The Person: 

• Prior agricultural experience required. 
• Chainsaw experience required. 
• Experience with zero turn mowers required. 
• Weed eating/edging experience required.  
• Ambition to work and willingness to learn. 
• Team player and positive attitude. 
• Dependable - can be trusted to be given a task and will complete the task with precision and excellence. 
• Able to work in all weather conditions. 

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 6am - 2:30pm
