The Analyst II/System Integrity is an individual contributor in the System Integrity department. This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing activities of the Engineering Staff department by analyzing integrity management data; acting as a point of contact with the Operations personnel to ensure data integrity; identifying business process enhancements and overseeing their implementation; Field Order Management System (FOMS) data retrieval; loading and maintenance of risk integrity model; and developing policies, procedures, standards and training modules.

POSITION DIMENSIONS

This position is not responsible for people or budgets.  The incumbent frequently exchanges information with material vendors and suppliers, and infrequently with senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

There are clear precedents and practices which the incumbent uses to determine how this job is performed.  This position requires three to five years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus one to three years relevant experience.  This position requires IT systems knowledge, database and spreadsheet skills. 

Knowledge of SQL, Python or other programming languages is preferred. Working knowledge of GIS systems, relational databases and analytics tools is preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and integrate relevant data sets from various sources with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analyze and create historical trends and patterns for integrity management datasets
  • Research, interpret and create relationships between data sets to reach sound conclusions
  • Review and ensure the quality of operational data and suggest corrections, and process and system improvements
  • Identify data gaps and work with the appropriate business groups to improve the system knowledge 
  • Acquire and maintain data sources for integrity risk modelling
  • Coordinate the review and validation of the risk model factors with subject matter experts
  • Perform monthly analysis of leak data
  • Perform monthly review of damage prevention activities
  • Identify patterns of failure in the Material Investigation database
  • Prepare and submit required regulatory and industry reports
  • Review the effectiveness of integrity management mitigation actions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing to convey complex analysis results to various audiences
  • Prepare clear, concise and accurate data reports, documentation, and other written materials
  • Create data visualizations to effectively present findings
  • Interpret maps, graphs and statistical data
  • Develops training content and conduct user application training classes and one-on-one training sessions
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned

SALARY DETAILS

Las Vegas: $75,474.00 - $109,432.00
