- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift (Overnight): 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Role Summary
We’re seeking dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, structured setting while supporting clients in their day-to-day recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client behavior, safety, and well-being
- Assist with admissions, including screenings and documentation
- Support detox protocols and take vital signs as needed
- Transport clients to appointments and approved outings
- Assist with daily living activities and group support
- Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques
- Document observations in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license and age 18+ (Required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) (Required)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, climb stairs, and drive for long durations.
