As we continue to expand our footprint, we’re looking for a driven, strategic Business Development / Clinical Outreach Representative to accelerate our growth across Pennsylvania.

 The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role.
 This is territory growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on high-value referral relationships
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new referral sources (hospitals, clinicians, case managers, providers, community organizations)
  • Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results
  • Research emerging markets and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strong brand presence and market positioning
  • Support Admissions with high-quality inbound referrals
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics in Salesforce
  • Evaluate and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets

You are the face of Sunshine Behavioral Health in your territory.

You bring:

  • 2–3+ years of healthcare or behavioral health experience
  • Business development or sales success with measurable results
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field)

 Travel

Approximately 50% local travel within surrounding Pennsylvania to build and maintain referral partnerships. Occasional nights and weekends may be required for events or networking opportunities.
