Food Service Cook

At Keystone Retreat, our team supports individuals working through substance use and mental health challenges with compassion, respect, and purpose.

Please note: While our facility name reflects the historical name of the location, we are a separate organization with no affiliation to prior entities associated with the area.

We’re looking for a Cook to prepare nutritious meals, support dietary needs, and help create a positive dining experience for our clients. This role also helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while working closely with the Kitchen Manager and kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving meals
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas
• Supporting special dietary needs
• Assisting with inventory and food storage
• Using kitchen equipment safely
• Maintaining client confidentiality
• Completing other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Food Handlers Certification and Food Allergen Certificate
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Preferred:
Previous cooking experience in healthcare, residential treatment, or a similar setting.
