Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning

- Uphold food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant

- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

- Make quick, effective decisions to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Communicate clearly and honestly with staff and guests, fostering a trustworthy environment

- Conduct weekly inventory checks and manage scheduling for staff

- Take feedback constructively and implement improvements without taking it personally

- Lead and motivate team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills

- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and promote a collaborative work environment
