We are currently searching for an Service Bench Technician. The Service Bench Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, deploying inventory, performing deliveries, and maintaining deployment systems. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering efficient and effective service.
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Break/fix end-user hardware issues.
- Break/fix customer software used for staging equipment.
- Deploy inventory following client guidelines.
- Perform on-site deliveries.
- Learn to use VNET RMM systems.
- Maintain VNET deployment systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Eventual On-call participation
