Job Description

Aramark is hiring a Groundskeeper / Landscaping Technician to maintain the appearance and safety of facility grounds. This hands-on position includes landscaping, lawn care, furniture moving, and seasonal snow and ice removal. Team members operate landscaping equipment and help keep sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor spaces clean and well maintained. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and being active throughout the day. The schedule is 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and we're looking for dependable employees who can work safely and reliably.

Job Responsibilities

Mow, trim, edge, weed, rake, and maintain landscaped areas.
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other outdoor vegetation.
Remove leaves, debris, snow, and ice from walkways and grounds.
Operate equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers, sprayers, and other landscaping tools.
Assist with furniture and equipment moves as needed.
Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and outdoor common areas.
Perform basic maintenance on groundskeeping equipment and tools.
Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues or hazards promptly.

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, or outdoor property maintenance.
Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Valid non-commercial driver's license.
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Availability to work 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Preferred

1+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
Experience with snow removal and seasonal grounds maintenance.
Experience operating tractors or similar outdoor maintenance equipment.
