We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pain management medical practice full time in Erie, PA. Ideally, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is empathetic, eager to help others, has excellent people and time management skills, and is willing to learn office-based procedures. We utilize general interventional pain management techniques within our practice; so, an interest in Pain Management is required.

We are a patient-centric, results oriented clinic where patients can go to get cutting edge treatments. Our patients come to us to be heard and to have their key concerns addressed. We provide a variety of in-office treatments to help our patients relieve their pain.
Duties:

Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) Assist the physician with new patient consults
Order and review tests/labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
Manage patient care
Treatments- prescribing Rx’s medication management, perform trigger point/joint injections and a variety of pain management procedures (we will provide training)
Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the medical team for comprehensive patient care
Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring their progress, ensuring progress of care
Address patient questions and electronic communications from patients
Participate in team meetings as needed

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in PA
Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus (we will provide training)

Schedule:

Full time -Monday through Friday

Compensation:

$120k-$125k
