As a Community Support Professional (CSP) - Day Community you will be helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence. You will be there every step of the way in Erie day programs as our individuals gain valuable new skills.Â
Work with a team of creative and reliable professionals to help our adults grow, learn and connect with others in their community. It’s more than a career; it’s a fulfilling way of life.Â
Responsibilities include implementing goal plans, assisting with personal care, following activity schedules, and participating in interesting, growth-oriented in-facility activities and community outings with program attendees.Â
Qualifications for Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day Community - Part-Time:Â
Must be 18 years of ageÂ
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
Valid driver’s license and good driving recordÂ
Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History ClearanceÂ
