This Position is 100% onsite in Erlanger, KY

These skills will be used to:
Architecture Production:
- Assist in troubleshooting permit questions from plan examiners and field issues.
- Assist with master drawing maintenance in CAD/Revit.
Architecture Engineering:
- Assist with coordinating structural and mechanical engineering design with engineering outsources.
- Assist Architecture with structural analysis for special pricing/custom sketch requests.Â
- Assist Architecture with field repairs, alternative construction methods/approaches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related fields.
- Working knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
