As directed by the supervisor, this position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading and shipping products to customers and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for accurate unit pick and case pick; Responsible for goods in procedure to ensure accurate inventory levels; Perform order audits for quality assurance; Ensure product orders are reviewed and error corrections are completed; Perform all tasks within the scope of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures related to the job; Other duties as directed by the Supervisor(s). Minimum Qualifications: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. Additional Skills and Qualifications: 3 years of work experience is preferred; Experience in a distribution center /warehouse/ manufacturing environment is preferred; Experience and/or certification with warehouse equipment such as Forklift, Pallet Jack and Reach Truck are strongly preferred; Basic math and English reading skills and a high standard for attention to detail and accuracy; Proven ability to be a team player and work in a team environment; Strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction; Must be familiar with, and able to work with, computer programs/software, automation, and RF scanners; Reliable and punctual; Behaviors aligned with the McKesson ICARE principals and values. Physical Demands: Must be comfortable working at heights; Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift; Ability to lift 20-40 pounds repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance; ability to lift greater weights in a team lift; Ability to work in refrigerated/cold areas; May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day; May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day; May be necessary to work extended hours as needed; Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required; Visual acuity to see and read fine prints including close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus; Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
