Job Opening: Home Health Nurse (RN/LVN)

JTC Home Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring nurse to provide high-quality, in-home care to patients throughout San Diego and its surrounding counties. This is your chance to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care and truly impact the health and well-being of our community.
Pay: $50 per visit
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized care plans.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures like tube feeding and catheterization.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

  • Educate patients and their families on health management.

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

  • Provide specialized care, including pediatric support, senior care, and care for individuals with developmental disabilities.


Who We're Looking For:

  • A compassionate nurse with a current  LVN license in California.

  • Experience in home health, travel nursing, or other relevant clinical settings is a plus.

  • You must be skilled in aseptic techniques and infection control.

  • Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

  • Experience with tube feeding, catheterization, and injections is highly valued.

  • BLS or ACLS Certification is preferred.
