Action Mail, is a established, family-owned printing, mailing, and fulfillment company based in Escondido, California (San Diego area). We are looking for a Warehouse and Production Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will maintain inventory at our warehouse and manage a small production team. This will include receiving, issuing, and organizing materials and preparing and loading material daily on to trucks for delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:

Properly organize the warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable and identifiable.
Pull material and load for daily deliveries.
Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse.
Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists and job close out paperwork.
Fulfill orders, boxing and labeling.
Use computer software system to issue and receive material
Supervise a team of 2-4 people
Set daily production schedules

40 hour week 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements:

Must be able to handle/lift materials weighing up to 50 lb.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success
Ability to motivate and manage a team
Familiarity with order entry and shipping software

Ability to drive a 24 ft box truck and must possess a valid driver’s license.
Experience in operating forklifts, pallet jacks and shrink wrapper machines.
Must have a forklift certificate.
Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
