Presbyterian is seeking a Scheduling Customer Service Rep! Schedulers are responsible for providing customer service for patients needing appointments, referrals, messaging assistance, and maintaining patient demographics.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Our schedulers are one of the first point on contact for our patients and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their visit.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• One to three years office/business experience, call center experience preferred.
