As a Pediatric Dental Assistant in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm What you will be doing: • Delivering quality care to every patient • Preparing patients for exam and treatment • Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions • Preparing tray set-ups for dental procedures • Effectively directing patient flow through clear communication and teamwork • Sterilizing and disinfecting all used equipment and instruments • Documenting all procedures performed in treatment chart • Complying with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA • Assisting the doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation • Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions, and workflow, preparing teeth for bonding • Working in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients • Communicating professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach • Maintaining a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values The benefits you will receive with full time employment: Health Insurance enrollment on your first day Vacation Time Paid Holidays Paid Sick time Dental and Orthodontic Discounts Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan with Employer Contribution QualificationsWhat qualifications you bring: You have a valid MA State Dental Assistant License You have valid X-ray Certification You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent You are CPR & First Aid Certification You are knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and changes You are computer proficient including Microsoft office and Practice Management Software
