Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join our beautiful dispensary located in Essex Junction, VT. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle
- Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence
- Assist with stocking and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in a retail or fast paced customer service-oriented role required
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Background check required
