Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $36–$50 per hour, based on experience
  • Generous Shift Differentials: 
    • +$10/hour for evening shifts (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
    • +$20/hour for weekend shifts
    • Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus available based on scheduled hours

Location

  • Primary location: Essex, CT
  • You will have a consistent team and primary location, plus the flexibility to lend a hand at a neighboring office.


What You'll Do

As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play an essential role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions by performing high-quality radiographic procedures.

You'll also be a key part of the patient experience by:

  • Ensuring patients are properly screened for precautions and contraindications
  • Explaining imaging procedures clearly and professionally
  • Providing compassionate support throughout the visit
  • Producing quality diagnostic images that assist providers in delivering the best possible care
  • Bridge the gap between imaging and treatment as part of our dynamic orthopedic team. You will assist patients with cast & suture removal and fitting and dispending durable medical equipment


What We're Looking For

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain and disinfect radiology equipment according to standards
  • Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance


Education & Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • Current Connecticut Radiologic Technologist license required to start
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
