Under the direction of the CTE office, provide leadership and daily support in implementing of the high school's individualized career counseling initiative and connection to college and career readiness. Provide leadership to school-based staff and community stakeholders while working closely in the planning, monitoring, and developing of career counseling plans. Lead the Blueprint for Maryland career counseling initiative in coordination with the CTE Office and in partnership with the School Counseling department to ensure students are counseled into viable career pathways. Provide daily support to teachers and staff, assist with professional development activities, and monitor data, student engagement, equity, and access. Performs other duties as assigned.
