Position Summary

The Carwash Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the car wash facility. This position is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate services to enhance their vehicle's appearance. 

The Car Wash Representative will also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the car wash equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both customers and staff. Additionally, the role involves handling transactions and managing customer inquiries, contributing to a positive overall experience. Ultimately, the Carwash Representative is key to fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction, which drives the success of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greeting customers warmly and assist them in selecting the appropriate car wash services
• Operate car wash equipment and ensure it is functioning properly throughout the day
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area, including waiting areas and restrooms
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Education and Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Adaptability, multi-tasking and sound decision-making abilities are required and essential to the success of this role

• Attention to detail is crucial when operating equipment and ensuring that services meet quality standards.

• Basic understanding of automotive care will enhance the representative's ability to provide informed recommendations to customers.
