Make a real difference by supporting individuals with disabilities   Position: Caregiver  Starting Wage: $22.00 /hour Location: Multnomah County Schedules Available:  Weekdays / Weekends Daytime / Evenings Part-time & Full-time opportunities   Who We’re Looking For 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified Own a smartphone Legal U.S. work authorization and background check Driver’s license and insurance for some roles    Preferences  We support individuals with a wide range of needs. Experience in any of the areas below is preferred and will be considered during the matching process.  Behavioral Support Experience OIS / crisis intervention training Pica Physical aggressive behaviors Verbal aggressive behaviors Elopement / wandering Property destruction Impulsivity or safety-awareness challenges De-escalation and redirection techniques Trauma-informed care Behavior plan implementation    Medical / Clinical Support Experience Medication administration G-tube care Catheter care Seizure monitoring and response Diabetes care (blood sugar checks, insulin support) Feeding assistance (including modified diets) Mobility support / transfers Experience following medical protocols and documentation   Why Join Us?
