Grounds and Maintenance Assistant

Overview:
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Grounds and Maintenance Assistant to help keep our property in top shape. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and can tackle a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trail maintenance to ensure safe and enjoyable outdoor paths
• Complete at least 5 laundry loads per shift 
• Wipe down all outdoor furniture each shift
• Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas
• Operate weed whacker and other landscaping tools
• Complete minor repairs and general handyman tasks as needed
• Assist with occasional laundry duties and light indoor upkeep

Qualifications:

• Experience with lawn care equipment (mower, weed whacker, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of handyman tools and repairs
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable with physical labor and working in various weather conditions

Schedule:

• 2–3 days per week to start, with potential for more hours depending on need

Compensation:

• $14.81 / hour
