What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (mill experience is a plus)
- Input programs and perform machine setup, including tooling installation and depth adjustments
- Read and adjust G-Code
- Produce both stock and made-to-order parts
- Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers to ensure tight tolerances
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Occasionally assist with assembly

What We're Looking For
Required:
- CNC Lathe operating experience (3–5 years preferred)
- Ability to read and understand G-Code
- Experience reading calipers and micrometers
- Machine setup experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
- CNC programming experience
- Mill experience

- $20–$26/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Work Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 9-hour shifts (6:00am–3:30pm OR 7:00am–4:30pm)
- Friday: 4-hour shift (6:00am–10:00am OR 7:00am–11:00am)
