What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes (mill experience is a plus)
  • Input programs and perform machine setup, including tooling installation and depth adjustments
  • Read and adjust G-Code
  • Produce both stock and made-to-order parts
  • Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers to ensure tight tolerances
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Occasionally assist with assembly

 

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • CNC Lathe operating experience (3–5 years preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand G-Code
  • Experience reading calipers and micrometers
  • Machine setup experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Preferred:

  • CNC programming experience
  • Mill experience

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–$26/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Work Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9-hour shifts (6:00am–3:30pm OR 7:00am–4:30pm)
  • Friday: 4-hour shift (6:00am–10:00am OR 7:00am–11:00am)
