Position Overview
We are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team at our Euclid, Ohio facility.
This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, utilities, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while partnering with Production and Engineering to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systemsÂ
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment to minimize downtimeÂ
- Monitor and maintain boilers, steam systems, HVAC equipment, compressors, and plant utilitiesÂ
- Install, repair, and commission production equipment and support facility improvement projectsÂ
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematicsÂ
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations to restore production safelyÂ
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support inventory of maintenance parts and suppliesÂ
- Follow all OSHA, safety, environmental, and company maintenance procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiativesÂ

Ideal Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferredÂ
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment requiredÂ
- Experience with boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, and industrial utility equipment preferredÂ
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsÂ
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems preferredÂ
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematicsÂ
- Boiler Operator License or equivalent technical certifications are a plusÂ
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a commitment to safety and quality Â
