Compensation Package:Â
- Competitive hourly pay range of $24.00-$24.00
- Leasing and renewal commission opportunities

Administrative:Â

Operational & Financial:Â
- Advertise and promote the propertyÂ
- Utilize industry specific software for lead managementÂ
- Provide tours to prospective and current residents
- Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with renter’s insuranceÂ
- Maintain resident occupancy of 95%Â
- Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
- Assist Property Manager with delinquency processÂ
- Assist Property Manager with processing vendor invoicesÂ
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
Â
Resident Experience:Â
- Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
- Navigate priority changes to respond to and resolve unforeseen issues or emergenciesÂ
- Reduce tenant turnover by identifying tenant relation issues, mediating between parties, and recommending solutionsÂ
- Complete quality assurance calls following up on completed work ordersÂ
- Facilitate resident eventsÂ

What You’ll Need: Â
- Authorization to work in the United StatesÂ
- High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
- 1+ years of experience in multi-family property managementÂ
- Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferredÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional development

Your Work Environment: Â
- Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone
- Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkways
- Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
