As our Merchandiser Manager, you’ll lead the team responsible for how our products show up in stores across the Eugene market. From execution to accountability, you’ll set the tone for what “great” looks like in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role. Sure, you’ll have an office, but you won’t be behind a desk—you’ll be out in the market, coaching your team, solving problems, and making sure we’re executing at a high level every day.   What You’ll Do Lead & Develop the Team Lead, coach, and develop a team of merchandisers across the Eugene market Support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a strong, capable team Conduct route rides, provide real-time coaching, and hold the team accountable to expectations Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement Drive Retail Execution Ensure merchandising standards, display expectations, and POS execution are consistently met across all accounts Conduct regular account visits to evaluate execution and identify opportunities Support store resets, new product launches, and promotional execution in partnership with sales leadership Own Field Operations & Coverage Build and manage routing strategies and coverage plans to ensure every account is serviced effectively Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and service levels Adjust staffing and priorities to support seasonal demand, promotions, and business needs Partner with the Reset Manager to balance daily coverage with large reset projects Partner with Sales & Customers Work closely with Sales leadership to align merchandising support with priorities and promotions Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts Help resolve issues in the field related to execution, placement, or service Manage Performance & Accountability Track and evaluate team performance across execution, productivity, and service Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management when needed Communicate regularly with the Director of Sales on team performance and opportunities Safety & Standards Promote and enforce safe work practices across the team Ensure compliance with company policies, equipment usage, and vehicle safety What are we looking for in a Merchandiser Manager?What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Experience in merchandising, retail execution, route delivery, or sales operations Leadership experience managing field teams (coaching, performance management, development) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities, people, and moving parts Clear, direct communication and a strong sense of accountability Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in beverage distribution or CPG Background managing route-based merchandising teams Experience with tools like VIP, Margin Minder, or iDig Experience supporting store resets or large-scale merchandising initiatives   What to Expect A hands-on, field-based leadership role—you’ll spend significant time in stores and in the market A schedule that flexes with the business, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when needed A fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly Ownership of both team performance and execution in the market   Why Bigfoot?
