What You'll Do As the Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production operations and lead a team to safely produce high-quality products while meeting production schedules and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives. Plan and assign daily work to ensure production schedules and customer commitments are met. Foster a positive, accountable team culture while providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, annual reviews, and corrective action when necessary. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies. Monitor production performance metrics and communicate results to leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO quality standards, NFPA requirements, and all workplace safety practices. Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training to build a skilled, high-performing workforce. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Operations to support production priorities, employee development, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment, including coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs. Review and approve employee timecards each payroll period. Perform other duties as assigned.
