Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our ice cream manufacturing team in Eugene, Oregon. In this role, you will play a key part in producing and packaging our ice cream products to meet the highest quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment, following established procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
Assemble, fill, and package ice cream products according to company specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards for appearance, taste, and packaging.
Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
Assist with set-up, changeovers, and shutdown of production lines.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related field is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
Ability to work in a cold environment (production floor temperatures can be below freezing).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Schedule & Compensation:
Entry-Level Pay:Â $19.00/hour
Second Shift Differential:Â $1.00/hour additional pay
