JOB PURPOSE:
This role provides administrative support to the School Counseling and Leadership Studies faculty and staff. Student assistants may be asked to: assist with office tasks, answer emails, phones, assist with set up and cleanup of program events.
PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be a current CAS or GSEC student
- Must be familiar with Google Suite tools
- Ability to work independently
- Resume, uploaded

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with School Counseling and Leadership Studies office tasks
- Communicate by email, in person, and by phone
- Assist faculty with administrative projects
- Assist with receiving meal deliveries, set up and clean up for meetings, classes, and special events
- Must have the ability to reach the Graduate School campus
RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS DIVERSITY:

SCHEDULE:
Must be able to work 2 to 5 hours per week
Work shifts available between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Mondays – Fridays
A few times per semester, when programs schedule special events, assistant may be asked to work outside of regular shift hours.
RATE OF PAY:
- $16.30 per hour

Eligibility to Work
