Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in or around Eugene, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27–$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:       

• MIG welding on various metal including steel and aluminum, according to specifications
• Reading & interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication
• Setting up, adjusting, & operating MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting welds for quality, strength, and adherence to project specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborating with team members and fabrication leads to complete projects on time
• Performing basic maintenance on welding, equipment, and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and safety procedures

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

   

• Welding certification preferred, but not required
