HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical/HVAC systems on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both electrical work/HVAC systems, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Test systems and ensure proper functionality
• Collaborate with other trades and project teams

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Technician
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)
• Experience in commercial or large-scale projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
