Onesource Amusements is hiring a hands-on Field Service Technician to repair, install, and maintain arcade and entertainment equipment across the DFW area.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems in the field, and taking pride in fixing things the right way. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field
- Complete service calls independently and document work clearly
- Install equipment locally and during occasional out-of-state trips
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle
- Represent the company professionally at customer locations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (preferred)
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving pickup trucks and box trucks
Technical Expectations
- Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage, continuity, and diagnose electrical issues
- Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment (dolly, pallet jack, etc.)
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet throughout the day
Travel Requirements
- Up to 25% travel
- Occasional 3–5 day out-of-state trips for installs
