Assistant Lead Painter

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Lead Painter, you help keep Six Flags St. Louis looking its best by applying and maintaining finishes across buildings, fences, rides, and attractions. This role supports the painting rehab plan, keeps crews supplied, and ensures work is completed safely and to park standards.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the painting rehab schedule; selecting, using, and mixing paints and related materials; helping order tools and supplies; keeping work areas clean and safe; protecting company assets; ensuring team members follow park safety guidelines; completing daily work orders in Mobaro; and supporting park objectives set by management.

Required qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid state driver's license
- Availability for various shifts
- Dexterity to use hand tools and operate motor vehicles
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Mechanically inclined/skilled
- Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
