We are hiring Equipment Operators, Laborers, and Haul Truck Operators to support daily mining operations through equipment operations, site maintenance, material handling, and mechanical troubleshooting. Pay & Growth Opportunities Starting pay: $20.00/hr (entry level) Competitive pay based on experience $3.00/hr night shift differential $1.00/hr review-based incentive raises every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment Qualifications:  Ability to pass a physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts. Strong work ethic and reliability. Previous experience working at a mine site or related industry is preferred. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, lift, stand and sit for extended periods.
