Job description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our growing team. This is a full-time leadership position offering competitive pay, weekly performance incentives, and the opportunity for a base pay increase based on demonstrated leadership, reliability & efficiency.
As a Foreman, you will play a key role in leading daily lawn and landscape maintenance operations while upholding our company’s quality standards and professionalism on every property.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You must have strong leadership skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lead by example in the field.
A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily landscape and lawn maintenance operations
- Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and general grounds maintenance using motorized equipment and hand tools
- Prune shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants to maintain healthy and aesthetically pleasing landscapes
- Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure properties meet company standards
- Load, unload, and properly organize equipment, tools, and materials in trucks and trailers
- Drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites safely and responsibly
- Train, guide, and support crew members while promoting safety, efficiency, and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance Technician, or similar role (at least 2 years)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Required
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance practices, and equipment operation
- Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, humidity, seasonal changes)
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation: $825.00 - $975.00 per week
